Spray-Paint -- ESD coated or None ESD coated
Powder coated -- ESD coating, Tribo coating, fluidized bed coating, etc.
Drying Temperature
Paint | 60℃-220℃, 15-60min. Depends on feature of Paint
Powder | 180℃-240℃, 10-20min. Depends on feature of powder
Adhesive force
Both can be Level 0 for normal correct coating well.
Coating Thickness
Spray-Paint | 15-120μm. Depends on component of paint
Powder coated | 60-120μm. Depends on specification of powder
Suitable color
Paint | Single pure color / metallochrome

Tips
* It is very important to feed enough powder or paint, otherwise it will be bad for surface treatment
* Temperature is very important also, it will influence the final color and Adhesive force.
* It is never 100% same color if you just share a color picture by computer or any electronic devices because of different resolution radio of devices even eyes.
* White coated is easy failed, please check it by real sample reference.
