Hogeen Aluminum material and surface treatment
As we shared that we have invisible factory which is combined with different professional and experienced manufacturers, we collect and test the raw material to make sure high quality products.
After information on PS polywood and fabric we shared, we will share with you about our main material- Aluminum which is for our main frame.
* Normal thickness is 1.2mm, 1.5mm is available for customization.
Though many manufacturers post they use the 1.2mm one too, but after measure, we found it is less than 1.2mm.
There is a test comparison below.
*As information on powder coated we shared ever, we choose the Hanging way for powder coated and dry it on production line to reduce damage and increase productivity. The whole production line is 380meters, and usually we control the whole procedure in 1.5-2hours for enough coating with stable feature.
